TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Booking Conditions for all tourist services are 50% advance and 50% at the start of the tour. Payment will be made in the manner agreed upon with each client and may be through bank deposits, remittance or by credit card. The services provided by Apu Tours PERU specify what it includes and does not include at every detail of tour itineraries. Any doubt about these details may consult info@aputours.com.



CANCELLATION POLICY

If the client cancels the tour with up to 5 days prior to the start date, you will be refunded the total amount paid less the costs that have arisen from the administrative billing fees such as credit card payments , bank charges and / or transfers and / or penalties by Peru Rail or any other travel service provider hired. If you cancel between 5 and 1 day before the date of commencement of the tour, we will refund 80% of their initial payment.


In case of no show, no refunds will be granted.


If passengers change the date of your trip, no charge will be charged as long as you do with up to 5 days prior to the start date of your tour. If alerts between 5 and 1 day before the start date will be charged an additional 5%.
